“Greetings! Our office in Guatemala visited with Aura last month to deliver new school supplies and pay additional tuition support for her. Our staff reported that she continues to be very excited about her education. Aura is looking forward to graduating later this year and beginning to work as an elementary school teacher in 2012. She is also excited about the possibility of continuing her education and attending the university.

Her plans are to work as a teacher Monday through Friday during the morning hours. She will continue her studies in the afternoons, and attend classes at the university every Saturday. Enrollment for the university course is in January of 2012. Her future is indeed brighter and more hopeful. Much thanks to Kristen, the Aura’s House team, and of course, the generous contributors who have supported Aura’s House in so many ways.

Thanks so much for everything you are doing for her!

Thanks again to all who helped Aura realize her dream.
Stay tuned for news regarding her next adventure: University!

If you would still like to help other needy children go to school, we have the current India Tuition Project which is close to 75% complete. Just $24.50 will send a child to school for a year. For many, that’s TWICE their family’s monthly income. Learn more.

Best wishes,

Kristen and the Aura’s House Team
