Attention Shoppers: This Handmade Sterling Silver Necklace is Two Gifts in One

3 December 2013 2 Comments

When you wear this necklace, you are showing your support of kids around the globe. When you give this necklace as a gift, you are offering style as well as philanthropy. How can you go wrong?

This necklace, handmade by artist Jocelyn Burrows Vache,  is a sterling silver replica of the Aura’s House logo. When you purchase this necklace, Jocelyn will donate $20 directly to Aura’s House.  You can even decide which Aura’s House project you’d like the donation to go to by simply adding the project name in the “message” field before you check out or by emailing us at contact (at) aurashouse.com.  You can also WIN this necklace by entering our 2013 Holiday Raffle.

The pendant is a 1-inch disc with the house outlined in wire and the door, windows, and exterior lines are hammered in. All the metal used, including the clasp, is sterling silver and recycled and/or ethically mined. The cord, which is hemp twine, is available as 16-inches or 18-inches long. If you would like it shorter (for a child, perhaps) or longer, please indicate the length in inches in a message when you check out.
