Francisco and Evelyn Room Construction Completed! – Colombia

The Room Construction Project for Evelyn and Francisco of Columbia is complete.

Children International has sent the final report with the photos in the gallery below of the ramshackle room replacement for Evelyn and Francisco’s family in Cartagena, Colombia. As a reminder, the family was living in nothing more than a shack made up of odd pieces of wood, plastic, cardboard and even pieces of cotton sheets. They were sharing the facilities with up to seventeen family members. Thanks to your generosity they now have a safe, secure and comfortable place to live with three windows for fresh air, doors for privacy and beds in which to sleep rather than the old mix of mattresses and wood. The family is truly grateful as you can see in the before and after photo galleries below and the kind words from Francisco’s aunt.
